2. What is ordering Processing time?
Upon placing an order, please allow 1-5 business days for your items to ship. This period allows us to carefully handle each order, ensuring that your products are in optimal condition before they embark on their journey to your doorstep! If the processing time extends 5 days, we will reach out with updates on your order.
Please note on pre-order listings, processing times may be longer than 5 days. Read the listing description for additional details about shipping/processing times.
3. Can I return my order?
Refunds are accepted for defects in the product or printing only. Refunds will not be issued for incorrect sizing or misspelling of personalized items.
